Concepts, Digital Prototypes, Animations, Simulations and Implementation Support
User-centered design is about analyzing and understanding potential users and target groups in order to identify their needs and challenges. This understanding allows us to design products and interfaces that are simple, intuitive, and enjoyable to use.
We research target groups using interviews, persona development, user stories, and direct observation within the relevant work or usage environment. At the heart of every user-centered design process is the human experience. Our in-depth understanding of human strengths and challenges naturally shapes every interface concept we develop.
User-Centered Design Concept
One of our strengths is our ability to quickly understand and structure complex technical systems and translate them into clear, well-structured, and intuitive interfaces. This makes sophisticated technology easier for users to understand and use.
Using wireframes, simple visual layouts of the user interface we define the structure, content, and functionality during the initial design phase and determine which elements are essential. These wireframes then serve as the basis for prototypes and final designs.
TURNING COMPLEXITY INTO AN EASY-TO-USE INTERFACE
The goal is to represent the final product as realistically as possible, with all visual elements and interactions developed in detail.
High-fidelity designs and prototypes allow us to test the user experience and clearly communicate the concept to stakeholders, while also making implementation easier for the software development team.
High-Fidelity
To make display and interaction concepts tangible, we use a variety of techniques:
3D visualizations show display content in different ergonomic scenarios, taking into account viewing distances, body percentiles, and standards for text and object sizes.
Animations show dynamic and static display elements in moving or stationary scenarios.
Interactive prototypes are used in user testing to evaluate interaction principles and navigation structures at an early stage.
Simulations are particularly useful for complex products, such as vehicles or medical devices, allowing users to experience the interaction concept in a realistic setting.
During this project phase, we support the creation and integration of visual and multimedia elements.
MAKING DISPLAY AND INTERACTION CONCEPTS TANGIBLE
Following the UI/UX development phase, we maintain and manage asset libraries and create documentation for the teams involved in implementation. We also review interface concepts in prototypes and final implementations to ensure they meet the defined design, technical, and conceptual requirements.
