The color concept for the headlight production halls had to meet the specific lighting requirements of the manufacturing process. Key considerations included neutral color perception, better orientation, improved workplace safety, and a more pleasant working environment.

Many colors were unsuitable because they could create unwanted reflections on the headlights, making reliable quality control more difficult.

Our color scheme kept the walls, ceilings, structural beams, and columns white to maximize the available light and create a more open feeling throughout the space.

To protect areas more exposed to dirt, the lower sections of the walls and columns were finished in medium gray. Less saturated colors were chosen for the flooring as well as the forklift and pedestrian routes. This gives the production hall a pleasant use of color without making it feel overly colorful, while also helping warning signs remain clearly visible.

For safety reasons, we designed the forklift routes with a wave-shaped pattern. This makes drivers perceive their speed as higher than it actually is, encouraging them to slow down.
